Affordable Self Pay Primary Care

We are proud to be operating independently of insurance providers. As a primary care office we can do this. Dr. Shaan Kunwar is Board Certified in Internal medicine, and if you are looking for a small and individualized primary care experience, look no further.

We offer in person, phone, and televideo options in Bradenton and throughout Florida since 2017.

Our rates have not changed since 2017 and is $175 for a new patient visit and $125 for a follow up visit. What determines when you need to follow up? That depends on you. The more chronic conditions you have, the more medications you take typically these patients need to be seen every 3 months. If you are on insulin, safe to say every 3 months, same for blood thinners, and controlled meds. The patients are pleased with this arrangement, and it can wind up being quite cost saving especially for those under 65yo. Those of Medicare age still wish to come to this office for the individualized care they receive, something that is not easy to find in a large corporate atmosphere.

We are grateful to our patients, many of whom have been with us for several years.  We have consistently been delivering the highest quality of primary care in the area, and we strive to treat our patients as we would treat ourselves.  We are not concierge, we are not DPC.  We are a fair, flat rate.
