Primary Care Physician
Update – May 15, 2025
We no longer submit claims to insurance or Medicare.
Yes, we can still be your primary care provider, and yes we are still in network. All visits will now follow our long-standing self-pay structure:
- New Patient Visit: $175
- Follow-Up Visit: $125
This change reduces administrative burden and allows us to be more available and focused on patient care.

We get a lot of questions about nutrition, and one myth that often is carried by patients are low carb lifestyles and cholesterol.
Worried low-carb diets spike your cholesterol? Think again.
A 2008 NEJM study (Shai et al.) tracked 322 people over 2 years and found a low-carb diet didn’t raise bad cholesterol—it actually boosted HDL (the good kind, +8.4 mg/dL) and lowered triglycerides (–23.7 mg/dL), improving heart health.
Plus, it led to more weight loss (–4.7 kg) than a low-fat diet! Low-carb can be heart-smart when done right.
Always check with your doctor before starting any diet.
