It appears that Amendment 3 will pass, it has adequate funding and support. In the end we support it and think it will give people more options. The medical segment appears to remain intact and there are many states that operate with both recreational and medical together. There are currently many questions regarding logistics that will not be answered until a new regulatory structure is created months after the vote, assuming it passes.
