You will always see Dr. Shaan Kunwar, DO, a board-certified internist. We offer direct, one-on-one continuity of care without handing you off to rotating providers or mid-level staff.
Where is your office located?
Our physical office is located at 11009 Gatewood Drive, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34211. We serve patients across Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish, and East Manatee County, as well as providing secure statewide telehealth across Florida.
How much does an appointment cost?
We offer transparent self-pay pricing with no hidden fees or membership contracts. New patient primary care visits (in-person or telehealth) are $175, and returning patient follow-up visits are $125.
Do I need a membership or concierge contract?
No. Unlike concierge practices, we do not charge monthly or annual membership fees. You pay only when you need care.
Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
Yes, we offer same-day and next-day appointment options for both in-office visits and telehealth consultations.
Do you accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?
No. East County Internal Medicine is a direct self-pay practice and does not accept or bill any health insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. This allows us to maintain transparent, affordable pricing ($175 for new patients, $125 for follow-ups) and spend more time directly with our patients without third-party interference.
